Refund Policy (Event Tickets)

Last updated: November, 2025
The Outside Social Club (“OSC,” “we,” “us”)

1) Refund window (48-hour deadline)

You may request a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled event start time.

  • Refund requests made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued after the event begins (including no-shows, arriving late, leaving early, or choosing not to participate).

2) How to request a refund

To request a refund (if eligible), email [your email] with:

  • your name and order confirmation number

  • the event name/date

  • the reason for the request

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider.

3) Ticket credit option (6 months)

If you can’t attend, you may request OSC event credit instead of a refund, subject to these rules:

  • Credit must be requested at least 24 hours before the event start time

  • Credit is valid for 6 months from the original event date

  • Credit is non-transferable and can be used toward future OSC events (subject to availability)

4) Ticket transfers

You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 24 hours before the event start time by sending us the replacement attendee’s:

  • full name

  • email/phone number

If an event requires approval/application, the replacement attendee must also be approved.

5) If OSC cancels the event

If we cancel an event, you will receive your choice of:

  • a full refund, or

  • 6-month credit toward a future OSC event

6) If OSC reschedules the event

If we reschedule and you can’t attend the new date, you may choose:

  • a full refund, or

  • 6-month credit

7) Weather, conditions, and safety calls

Outdoor conditions change. Weather is not an automatic reason for a refund.

  • OSC may modify the event plan (route, itinerary, location, timing) for safety.

  • If the event proceeds in any form, it is considered delivered.

If we determine conditions require cancellation or rescheduling, Sections 5–6 apply.

8) Third-party/vendor fees (pass-through costs)

Some events include costs paid to third parties (examples: lift tickets, rentals, lessons, lodging, transportation, permits, facility day passes). These costs may become non-refundable to OSC once booked.

If your ticket includes pass-through vendor costs and you request a refund within the eligible window, your refund may exclude any non-recoverable vendor fees (we’ll communicate this clearly when applicable).

9) Behavior and safety removals

OSC reserves the right to refuse participation or remove an attendee for safety reasons or violations of our community standards. In these cases, no refunds will be issued.

10) Chargebacks and disputes

If you have an issue, contact us first. Chargebacks filed for services delivered or for requests outside this policy may result in future purchase restrictions.
